About the Films

The New Testament records unexpected, unlikely events forming bookends of the earthly life of Jesus. Can we identify the physical evidence 2,000 years later? That’s the fundamental question and endeavor behind two films by Mite Productions. The first, “The Star of Bethlehem,” looked up to the heavens and proved to be a roaring success. the second, “The Christ Quake,” looks down at the earth, a geophysical investigation into the evidence around the earthquake that split the temple veil in Jerusalem at the time of the crucifixion.
